Since none of us have ever had surgery, we aren’t big fans of elective type surgeries. And yet, we all three wear glasses — Ethan just changed his 2 week contacts to 30 day extended wear contacts, and he is loving them. I wore them many years ago, and I know what he feeling. There is something wonderful about getting up in the middle of the night and being able to see your way to the bathroom, or see what time it is without having to put your glasses on. My eye doctor has recommended Lasik surgery for my vision problems, and we considered it briefly. It is something that we will keep in the back of our minds, something we will always consider an option. Both for me and for Ethan. Its just we’re not ready to take that drastic of a step yet.
