A Way Of Life
As you can tell from this blog, I am an avid book reader. I have loved to read since I was really little, and this is something that has been a part of my whole entire life. And I have passed my love of reading on to my now-17-year-old son. He has his genre of books, and I have mine. Chick Lit, preferably Christian, is at the top of my list, although, I do read a vast array of others. I always love to step back in time with those books based in a time gone by. When women wear dresses — always — and wearing acorset is just a part of the every day ritual of getting dressed. Can you imagine? Life was so different back then, and not all for the bad. We have a lot of modern conveniences and things I would truly not like to give up. But those were the simplier days and ones that in some ways we would gain a lot if we would step back and bring a part of that way of living into our lives today.
