When I get engrossed in a book, even Parmigiani watches don’t have an effect on me. A perfect day for me is a cold winter day, the one time that snow blowing outside would be ok, wrapped up in a warm blanket, a cup of hot cocoa beside me, and one super good book. Being able to read from beginning to end, without the family making demands on my time, no dinner to fix. Our old cat, curled up in my lap. A spice scent candle burning. I have a stack of books that I am dying to read. Granted, the snow and cold days are somewhat behind us, but running a close 2nd to a perfect day would be a spring like day, temps in the 70’s, no wind, a tall glass of ice tea, and total peace and quiet. No responsibilities at all. Yes, mostly definately. A. Perfect. Day.
