David bought another truck a few weeks ago. He didn’t pay much for it, and its only going to be used a few times a year. We have a 5th wheel camper, and all summer, we had to borrow a truck from our boss to transport it out to the lake. So, buying a cheap truck to pull the camper was in the plans all summer, and he finally found one. When he went to put insurance on it, he wasn’t real thrilled with how much it was going to cost, esp. in light of no more than what we will use it. So, he decided to go a different route than our insurance agent, and looked for an online auto insurance quote online auto insurance quote. He found our insurance company wasn’t that outline, but something else he found that disturbed him was — when he was doing this search, he would type in his name and address, and they would list what vehicles we already owned. He didn’t type it in, it just came up automatic. He knows nothing is “secret” on the internet, but it still bother him that information was out there, just like that.
